The plan

Space planning means the layout itself: where walls go, how rooms connect, and how the building actually gets used. It is done in house, and it is often the first piece of work on a project.

Decorating a finished room is a different job. We stage, and anything past that goes to a specialist we work with.

We work from a set number of styles and match them to the building rather than staging everything the same way.

Every staged image is labeled as staged, without exception.

An empty room tells a buyer very little about what the place would be like to live in.
