Martin Design & Development collects information that visitors choose to provide through the forms on this site and, for clients and approved project partners, through the project portal.

Each form has one purpose. The contact form sends a direct inquiry. The Tierra Encantada form adds a reader to the list for the publication. The association form registers a firm’s interest in the developing association. Submitting one does not add you to the others.

We use the information to:

• respond to inquiries
• deliver requested services
• operate the client and project-partner portal
• send the publication to the readers who asked for it
• maintain business and project records

Portal accounts hold project information such as scope, documents, decisions, invoices, and messages. Portal access is limited to approved users.

Information submitted for one purpose is not used for unrelated marketing without separate permission. Subscriptions may be canceled.

Sensitive documents should not be sent through the general inquiry form.

This site runs no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts, and sets no cookies of its own.

Third-party service providers may process forms, files, authentication, communications, or payments as needed to operate the site and the portal.
