When several quotes are requested, the same material list is used for each supplier so the prices can be reviewed on a consistent basis.

Sales and material-list calls are free. Consults have a one-hour minimum, then bill by the minute. A blueprint review adds a $95 base to print your plan. Roy reviews and audits; he does not draft. Commercial and multi-unit work is quoted individually. Estimating can support a Martin Design & Development project or be ordered as a separate service.
