Tierra Encantada
Land of Enchantment
Properties worth seeing. Projects worth following.
The journal
Tierra Encantada is the property and project publication of Martin Design & Development.
Each edition brings together current work, projects in development and a selection of properties from the wider market.
A major Western ranch can appear beside an overlooked downtown building. A commercial property may sit next to an equestrian estate.
What matters is that there is something interesting in the land, the building, the use or what the property could become.
Featured properties
Selected luxury, ranch, agricultural and commercial properties.
A feature may introduce a particular property to the right reader. It can also open a broader search for something similar in another region.
The publication gives readers a place to keep up with property without reducing everything to a search result.
Projects
Recent work and projects taking shape are published here.
A feature can follow the property, the concept and the direction of the project as it develops.
Interiors & Martin Mercantile
Selected interiors may be virtually staged to show another design direction for the property.
When furnishings or objects in the concept are available through Martin Mercantile, readers can move directly from the room to the corresponding products.
Tierra Encantada is developed as a digital publication with selected editions collected in print, made to be kept, returned to and shared.
